The Mayor and Council hereby request that the Medina Municipal Court, by Journal Entry, authorize the city to establish a Parking Violations Bureau to handle all parking infractions occurring within the territory of the city, including parking infractions that are violations of ordinances, resolutions, or regulations of the city or of other local authorities that occur within the territory of the city.
