250.02 AUTHORITY OF THE CITY MANAGER/SAFETY DIRECTOR.

The City Manager/Safety Director shall be the executive head of the Division of Fire and Rescue and shall have all the powers and duties connected with and incidental to the appointment, regulation and government of such Division.
