4.06 TEMPORARY CITY MANAGER

In the event the position of City Manager becomes vacant due to death, removal, or resignation, the Council shall, by resolution, appoint another qualified City administrative officer qualified as explained in 4.01 to act as temporary City Manager and to perform the duties of the City Manager until another City Manager is appointed by Council.
