4.05 ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER

The City Manager shall designate, by letter, filed with and confirmed by Council, any official of the City to perform his/her duties as Assistant City Manager during his/her temporary absence or disability of a period exceeding seventy-two (72) consecutive hours.
