(a) Any fence in the City shall be located from the front setback line to the rear and sidelines of the property and, except as otherwise provided in Section 1472.05, no gate or fence material shall be more than six feet in height. A gate not less than forty inches in width shall be provided for access to the rear of all property, which gate shall open toward the inside of the enclosure formed by the fence.
