1024.02 DRAINAGE FACILITIES.

Whenever any driveway, private road or other form of access is constructed to connect to any street or other public way within the City, there shall be provided, as a part of such construction, suitable drainage facilities of corrugated iron pipe, which facilities shall be approved by the City Engineer before the installation thereof.
