612.08 NO MODIFICATIONS OF OTHER SECTIONS INTENDED.
   (a)   Ohio R.C. 4301.632 to 4301.637 shall not be deemed to modify or affect Ohio R.C. 4301.22(A) or 4301.69.
   (b)   Sections 612.02 and 612.06 of the Codified Ordinances shall not be deemed to modify or affect Sections 612.02(a) or Section 612.03(a).
