(a) No person shall hinder or obstruct any officer of the law from making an inspection or search of any place, other than a bona fide private residence, where beer or intoxicating liquor is possessed, kept, sold or given away.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
