§ 51.091 REMEDIES NONEXCLUSIVE.

The remedies provided for in §§ 51.089, 51.090, and 51.999 are not mutually exclusive. The town, acting through the Superintendent, may take any, all, or any combination of these actions against a user for violation of this chapter or a wastewater discharge permit issued hereunder.
