§ 51.054 RENEWAL OF PERMIT.
   A user with an expiring wastewater discharge permit shall apply for renewal of the permit by submitting a complete permit application with current information, in accordance with § 51.046, a minimum of 90 days prior to the expiration of the user’s existing wastewater discharge permit.
