§ 154.071 PRIVATE STREET REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   All private streets proposed to be constructed or lengthened within the town shall be required to meet the provisions of this subchapter.
   (B)   If a street that is private is proposed for acceptance as a public street, it must meet the requirements of §§ 154.025 through 154.037 of this chapter before being accepted as a public street.
