§ 52.73 ADDITIONAL CHARGES/DEPOSITS.

   (A)   Security deposits. To secure the payment of the sewer bill, the Town shall require customers that occupy premises they do not own to pay in advance the sum of one hundred dollars ($100) for each one inch (1") meter or smaller and three- hundred fifty dollars ($350) for a meter larger than one inch (1"). Upon termination of sewer services by the customer, the paid security deposit shall be refunded or credited to the customer less any outstanding water bill due to the Town.

   (B)   Returned check charge. As established in § 40.21 as may be amended from time to time.
