§ 92.104 ORDER FORBIDDING OCCUPANCY.
   (A)   The Fire Chief or his authorized representative is empowered to issue an order forbidding the occupancy of any structure or part of any structure if construction activity on the structure or applicable part of the structure is not yet completed or has occurred in violation of applicable fire or building codes or regulations.
   (B)   The order forbidding occupancy shall be in writing, specifying whether it is applicable to the entire structure or to only a part of the structure, and shall state the reason for its issuance. The order forbidding occupancy shall be posted on the structure in a conspicuous location and, if conveniently possible, shall be given to the owner of his property or his agent and to any other person doing work on the premises. It shall also be served in accordance with § 92.103. The order forbidding occupancy shall state the conditions under which the structure or part of the structure may be occupied.
