§ 92.047 EXTERIOR FIRE ESCAPES; INSPECTIONS.
   The exterior fire escape on any occupied building shall be inspected annually at the expense of the owner of the building, who shall furnish the appropriate Fire Prevention Chief with a certificate by a licensed structural engineer that each fire escape has been maintained in conformity with 675 I.A.C. 22-2-62.
