§ 92.041 MAINTENANCE OF ALARM SYSTEM.
   (A)   A log shall be kept on file in the office of the building for review by the fire inspector during routine inspections. The log shall include the following information:
      (1)   Date of alarm test.
      (2)   Time of test.
      (3)   Location where alarm was tested.
      (4)   Name of person conducting test.
      (5)   Name of alarm company.
   (B)   Alarm systems shall be tested on a monthly basis, and shall be conducted to insure that all occupants may undergo an equal number of tests during a calendar year.
   (C)   Alarm systems shall be maintained in good working order at all times.
