§ 92.036 PORTABLE EXTINGUISHERS; WHERE REQUIRED.
   (A)   Portable fire extinguishers shall be installed and maintained as specified in NFPA #10.
   (B)   Notwithstanding the other provisions of this chapter, the only fire extinguisher equipment required for apartment-type buildings shall be as follows:
      (1)   Each individual apartment shall have a fire extinguisher installed in each unit.
      (2)   Each laundry room, clubhouse, maintenance room and building and storage area shall have an appropriate fire extinguisher.
