§ 92.021 FIRE LINES AND LIMITS.
   (A)   The Chief of the Fire Department, the officer in charge at any emergency scene, or law enforcement officials may establish fire lines and limits and barricade and guard from the general public those fire lines and limits. The Fire Chief, officer in charge, or law enforcement officials may create an area in which only firefighters, law enforcement officers and those having an interest in any property threatened by the fire or other emergency shall be admitted.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person to cross any fire lines or limits.
