The Town Manager is authorized to have signs erected on any sidewalk or municipal parking lot described within the zoning districts of the Town described in § 73.30(A) prohibiting the riding of roller skates, skateboards, roller blades or other coaster devices thereon by any person, and when signs are in place no person shall disobey the prohibition.
