(A) No person shall ride roller skates, skateboards, roller blades or other coaster devices upon a sidewalk or municipal parking lot within the following zoning districts and/or classifications of property within the Town:
(1) B-1 Business.
(2) C-1 Commercial
(3) C-2 Commercial.
(4) C-3 Commercial.
(5) I-1 Industrial.
(6) Town of Brownsburg Municipal Complex property.
(7) Brownsburg Community School Corporation property.
(8) Brownsburg fire territory property.
(9) Brownsburg Public Library property.

(B) No person shall ride roller skates, skateboards, roller blades or other coaster devices upon a street or alley, whether public or private, within the zoning districts of the Town described in division (A).
