It is unlawful for any person to park, store, or permit to be parked or stored, any automobile trailer, boat trailer, recreational vehicle, and/or house trailer or semi-tractor trailer on any street or alley, unless to load or unload the contents thereof. At no time should parking restrict the movement of traffic or obstruct line of sight at adjacent intersections or driveways.
