A violation of any provision of this chapter may be enforced as a local ordinance violation with the offending party cited to the Brownsburg Town Court. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25) nor more than twenty-five hundred dollars ($2,500), with each violation being a separate offense.
