(A) Security deposits. To secure the payment of the water bill, the Town shall require the customer to pay in advance the sum of seventy- five dollars ($75) for a one inch (1") meter or smaller and three-hundred fifty dollars ($350) for a meter larger than one inch (1"). Upon termination of water services by the customer, the paid security deposit shall be refunded or credited to said customer less any outstanding water bill due to the Town.
