In the event of the occurrence of disasters or emergencies and upon notification of the County Civil Defense Director, all facilities, equipment, vehicles, manpower and properties belonging to or under control of the corporation shall be made available for service and use under the direction of the Civil Defense Director for the duration of the occurrence or emergency, all under the specific terms and regulations as provided in I.C. 10-14-3-1 et seq.
