The following rates are established for sanitary sewer users who do not receive water services from the Municipality:
(a) Residential users shall be billed by estimated cubic feet usage based upon the following schedule:
(1) 0-1 Occupants: 1,000 cubic feet per quarter.
(2) 2 Occupants: 1,400 cubic feet per quarter.
(3) 3 or more Occupants: An additional 700 cubic feet per occupant per quarter.
Occupants are defined as individuals regularly residing in the residence, and do not include temporary visitors.
(b) Commercial or industrial users shall be billed by estimated cubic feet usage based upon a review of the size and type of commercial or industrial use by the user and a comparison of this use with other similar commercial and industrial users in the Municipality. This review shall be made by the Municipal Manager or his designee.
