The number of occupants of a golf cart shall be limited to a maximum of six persons, or less as permitted by the available manufactured seating capacity for such golf cart. The operator and occupants must be properly seated with no part of the body of the operator or any occupant extended outside the perimeter of the golf cart while the golf cart is in operation; provided however, that the operator shall use proper hand signals when required.
