(A)
Violation of any provision of this subchapter may result in a fine of $25.
(B) Each day of violating this subchapter shall be construed as a separate violation. All fines collected pursuant to this subchapter shall be deposited in the General Fund of the town.
(C) Any unsafe operation, multiple violations, failure to maintain financial responsibility or failure to pay any fine, all as provided by this subchapter, may result in the revocation of a golf cart registration (without refund of registration fees) and permission to operate a golf cart within the town.
