§ 72.05  REQUIREMENT OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY.
    No person may operate a golf cart on any town street unless financial responsibility is in effect with respect to the golf cart as provided under I.C. 9-25-4-4, or as may be amended in the future.
