§ 72.02  PERMITTED OPERATION OF GOLF CARTS.
    The operation of a golf cart upon any town street is permitted only as specifically authorized by this subchapter. Any person who operates a golf cart in violation of the regulations set forth in this subchapter shall be subject to penalty as set forth herein.
