§ 31.046 POWERS AND DUTIES.

   The Town Attorney shall have the powers and perform duties as may be granted to him or her, imposed upon him or her or required of him or her by the Council.

§ 31.047 COUNSEL.

   The Town Attorney will serve as legal counsel to the Council, and he or she will defend the Council or any member of the Council, and any officer, employee, trustee or any member of any board or commission appointed by the Council.
