§ 31.036 JOURNAL OF COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS; ATTESTATION AND PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCES, PAPERS.

The Clerk/Treasurer shall keep an accurate journal of the proceedings of the Council. He or she shall file and preserve all papers which may come into his or her hand as Clerk/Treasurer, and shall attest and publish all ordinances or other papers or proceedings required by the Council to be published.
