§ 31.033 RECEIPT AND DEPOSIT OF TAXES, ASSESSMENTS, REVENUES AND OTHER FUNDS.
   The Clerk/Treasurer shall receive all taxes, license taxes, assessments and other money, revenues and funds belonging to the town, and deposit the funds in a bank as he or she may deem proper or as may be directed by the Council.
