(A) Every application for special use permit shall be accompanied by a certified check or other approved consideration in the amount of $500.00, payable to the Clerk/Treasurer of Brookneal, to assist in offsetting the costs of advertising and processing such applications.
(B) Every application for special use permit shall be accompanied by a certification from the Town Clerk/Treasurer that all real estate taxes on the subject parcel or parcels are current.
