§ 34.150 VIOLATIONS AND PENALTY.

Any persons violating any of the provisions of this subchapter shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. Any fine and/or imprisonment pursuant to conviction of a Class 1 misdemeanor shall not relieve any such person from the payment of any tax, penalty or interest imposed by this subchapter.
