§ 30.47 ROBERT’S RULES OF ORDER.
   Unless otherwise stated in this subchapter, meetings of the Council will be governed by Robert’s Rules of Order, Newly Revised, 10th Edition, insofar as it does not conflict with the Charter or state law.
