§ 30.45 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this division is to enable the Council to facilitate the execution of its powers and duties in accordance with the Charter for the town and the provisions of VA Code, Title 15.2, as amended.

§ 30.46 RULES OF PROCEDURE ESTABLISHED.

The rules of procedure established in this division will govern meetings of the Council, insofar as it does not conflict with Charter provisions or state law.
