(A) Each application for a zoning permit shall be accompanied by a plot plan or sketch in duplicate showing:
(1) The actual dimensions of the lot to be built upon;
(2) The size of the building to be erected;
(3) The location of the building on the lot;
(4) The location of existing structures on the lot, if any;
(5) The number of dwelling units the building is designed to accommodate;
(6) The approximate setback lines of buildings on adjoining lots; and
(7) Any other information as may be essential for determining whether the provisions of this chapter are being observed.
(B) Any zoning permit issued shall become invalid unless the work authorized by it shall have been commenced within 6 months of its date of issue or if the work authorized by it is suspended or abandoned for a period of 1 year.
