§ 30.06 QUORUM; ADJOURNMENT IN ABSENCE.
If a quorum of the Council fail to attend within ½ hour after the appointed time of the meeting, those present may adjourn to such time as they may deem proper, and the Clerk/Treasurer shall enter the names of those present and those absent in the journal. At any meeting, a majority of the elected Council Members or the Mayor and 3 Council Members will constitute a quorum for transacting business. The temporary absence from the meeting room of members sufficient to constitute a quorum will not be deemed to prevent the Council from hearing presentations or discussing matters submitted to the Council.
