§ 30.04 REGULAR MEETINGS.
   The regular meetings of the Council shall be held on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m., unless the Council shall direct that the meeting shall be held at some other hour. When any regular meeting falls on a legal holiday, the regular meeting shall then be held upon the next day at the same hour, or as advertised.
