§ 30.03 COUNCIL MEMBER VACANCY; APPOINTMENT OF NEW MEMBER.
   In the event of death, resignation, removal or disqualification of a Council Member for any reason or cause, the remaining Council will elect a qualified individual to fill the unexpired term.
