§ 10.21 ORIGINAL JURISDICTION OF OFFENSES AGAINST CODE.

Exclusive original jurisdiction for the trial of all offenses against the provisions of this code and other ordinances of the town shall reside in the appropriate general district court, or appropriate juvenile and domestic relations district court.
