§ 95.04 PROJECTING TREES, PLANTS OR SHRUBS OVER STREETS OR SIDEWALKS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person owning or occupying property abutting a street or sidewalk to allow any trees, plants or shrubs growing on the property to project over the street or sidewalk in such a manner as to obstruct or interfere with the safe passage of vehicles or pedestrians.
   (B)   Any person who violates the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a Class 4 misdemeanor.
