§ 93.20 ABATEMENT COSTS OF NUISANCES CREATED ON TOWN PROPERTY.

Whenever any person or business causes a public nuisance to exist on property belonging to the town lying within or beyond the corporate limits of the town, and the town abates the nuisance under this subchapter’s provisions, the person or business shall be taxed with the costs of the abatement as provided under § 93.19.
