§ 92.02 TRAFFIC REGULATION; ENFORCING OFFICERS AT FIRE.
   If the Chief of the local Volunteer Fire Department is not acting in case of fire, then the acting chief of the Volunteer Fire Department shall have authority to designate persons to direct traffic and to do all such other acts as might be done by the Chief if acting personally.
