§ 92.01 FIRE DEPARTMENT FUND.
   The Volunteer Fire Department shall be allowed to handle all funds which they themselves make for the Department. They shall have a bonded treasurer who reports all funds received and disbursed, the reports being made to the Fire Department quarterly and to the Council annually. A committee composed of members of the Council shall serve as consultants of the Fire Department.
