(A) General penalty. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no other specific penalty has been provided shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Dangerous or vicious dogs. The owner of any animal that has been found to be a dangerous dog who willfully fails to comply with the requirements of §§ 90.40 through 90.47 shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor, and punished by a fine of not more than $2,500, and by confinement in jail for not more than 12 months, either or both.
