§ 51.30 ACCUMULATIONS ON PREMISES OR VACANT LOTS PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to allow any trash, garbage, refuse, machinery, appliances, abandoned vehicles, filth, obnoxious or offensive matter or thing whatsoever to accumulate upon his or her premises or any vacant lot in the town.
