§ 51.17 DAMAGING, MOLESTING OR INTERFERING WITH CONTAINERS.

It shall be unlawful and shall constitute a misdemeanor for anyone to damage, molest or otherwise interfere with garbage containers or the contents of garbage containers placed for collection.
