§ 35.05 JURISDICTION OVER USE; COMMITTEE APPOINTED.
   A committee composed of 2 Council Members and 1 citizen shall be appointed to have jurisdiction over the use of the building, and to have full authority over the building except in case of emergency, at which time the Council as a body will be consulted.
