(A) Any person or organization using the community building shall designate some person from the organization to inspect the community building before use. This shall be done in the company of the Police Chief or his or her deputy.
(B) A similar inspection shall be made after use to determine whether damage has been done to the building or equipment. If it is found that any damage has been done to the building or equipment on the occasion in question, the person or organization shall be required to pay for damage and to replace any property that may be so badly injured that it cannot be repaired.
