§ 34.104 OBSTRUCTING SIDEWALKS, STREETS OR OTHER PUBLIC PLACES; NUISANCE.
   Nothing contained in this subchapter shall be construed as giving the right to any person to obstruct sidewalks, streets or other public places, or to commit or maintain a nuisance.
